As an Instructor at SUPAR, you are not an employee or contractor — you are a preferred customer who purchases Credits to access our studio bays and deliver lessons on your own terms. You set your own schedule, your own rates, and manage your own students. SUPAR simply provides the space and technology.
All Bay Credits are used to reserve studio bays at 1 Bay Credit = 1 hour of bay access.

Every lesson at SUPAR requires 1 Bay Credit ($40) to reserve a bay for one hour. As an Instructor, you have two options for how that cost is covered:
You pay $40 per Bay Credit entirely on your own. This is the simplest approach — you purchase your Credit Pack, book bays, and teach. Your students pay only your lesson fee directly to you.
Your students purchase Lesson Credits ($20 each) and designate you as their Instructor. For every 2 Lesson Credits a student purchases, 1 Bay Credit is automatically added to your account — effectively splitting the $40 Bay Fee in half.

A Lesson Credit is a prepaid credit purchased by Students to attend lessons at SUPAR. It works alongside the Instructor's Bay Credit system to share bay costs between Instructor and Student.

In LA, most studios charge students a separate ball/bay fee (~$20/hr) paid directly to the venue. Lesson Credits bring the same model to SUPAR — your students pay $20 per session, which is a familiar and reasonable cost. You don't need to raise your lesson fees, and half of your Bay Fee is effectively covered by your students.

SUPAR Lesson is an optional application available to all enrolled Instructors, designed to bring structure and continuity to the golf coaching experience.
In most golf lesson settings today, lesson notes, homework, and schedule changes all happen through messaging apps. Conversations get buried, students forget what was covered, and instructors are left mentally tracking the progress of dozens of students at once.
SUPAR Lesson integrates as a module within the existing SUPAR Dashboard (studio management system), making it seamlessly accessible alongside your bay reservations and credit management.
SUPAR PRISM is a swing analysis program powered by data from our Foresight QuadMAX and Golfzon GDR MAX launch monitors. It will give instructors and their students an objective, data-driven picture of performance — replacing guesswork with precision.

Provide the following in writing: full name and contact details, golf teaching certifications (if any), years of teaching experience, professional affiliations or memberships.
Once approved by SUPAR, select your preferred Credit Pack and sign the service agreement.
Pay by cash or check and your Credits will be activated immediately. Start booking bays and teaching.
No. Instructors are classified as preferred customers, not employees or contractors. You maintain full independence over your teaching methods, scheduling, and student fees. SUPAR provides the space; you run your lessons.
Base credits expire at each monthly renewal and do not carry over. Top-up credits you purchase separately do carry over.
For the 20 Credit Pack: cancel up to 12 hours before your session. For the 40 Credit Pack: cancel up to 6 hours before. For the VIP Credit Pack: cancel up to 3 hours before.
The NX Private Room is a fully enclosed private bay equipped with the Golfzon Two Vision NX simulator — ideal for focused, one-on-one lessons. Available to VIP Credit Pack holders.
Yes. With your consent, SUPAR can feature your profile — including your name, photo, certifications, and teaching background — on our website and in-studio. You can request removal at any time.
Yes. Provide written notice at least 5 business days before your next renewal date to cancel. There are no long-term commitments.
A Lesson Credit is a prepaid credit your students purchase ($20 each) to attend lessons with you. When they buy Lesson Credits, Bay Credits are automatically added to your account at a 2:1 ratio (e.g., 8 Lesson Credits purchased → 4 Bay Credits added to you).
Lesson Credits are not mandatory. You can book lessons as walk-ins using only your Bay Credits. However, when students purchase Lesson Credits, it reduces your net bay cost — effectively splitting the $40 Bay Fee with your student.
You handle it directly with your student. SUPAR does not process or mediate Lesson Credit refunds. Bay Credits that were converted from Lesson Credits cannot be reversed.
Yes. The student's existing Lesson Credit account is closed and a new one is opened with the new Instructor. Any Bay Credits already converted to you remain in your account. Refund of unused Lesson Credits is handled between you and the student.
